Description
The Brookshire Split Stack pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer features a blend of rectangular Blue Gray Rubble Quartzite Sandstone, Brown Rubble Quartzite Sandstone, and Mountain Fieldstone Rubble. These types of durable stone naturally occur in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. The seamless combination of rich blue, gray, and brown colors allows Brookshire Split Stack to be used to highlight existing architectural features, such as a fireplace or accent wall, or to create a stunning feature.
The stones in the Brookshire Split Stack pattern vary in height between 3 and 5 inches and are arranged in an artful stack. They also feature a split face finish. This means the stones are cut against the grain to showcase the stone’s natural veining. The Brookshire Split Stack pattern can be installed with or without visible mortar to achieve your desired look.
This pattern is available in two depths – Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone. Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is a lighter option, about 1 ½ inches deep. It can be applied to virtually any light-weight-bearing surface without additional framing or support. On the other hand, Thick Wall Stone is a full-bed depth stone that must be applied to weight-bearing surfaces.
The Brookshire Split Stack pattern is a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects. Since it is made of authentic Southern Appalachian Stone™, it is naturally weather and UV resistant making it an excellent option for both indoor and outdoor projects. Whether you want to upgrade the face of a commercial building or create a one-of-a-kind outdoor living space, you can’t go wrong with the Brookshire Split Stack pattern.
