Description
The Arctic Stack pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer features rectangular pieces of Blue Gray Rubble Quartzite Sandstone – a type of authentic Southern Appalachian Stone™ that is both beautiful and durable. The cool, blue-gray color allows Arctic Stack to be used to highlight existing architectural features or to create a stunning feature.
The stones in the Arctic Stack pattern vary in size between 3 and 5 inches in height and are arranged in an artful stack. These stones also feature a natural cleft face finish. This type of fabrication showcases the authentic texture of the stone face by cutting at naturally occurring layers. This stone pattern can be installed with or without visible mortar to achieve your desired look.
The Arctic Stack pattern is available in two depths – Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone. Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is about 1 ½ inches deep, making it a much lighter option. Thin Stone Veneer can be applied to virtually any light-weight-bearing surface without additional support. Conversely, Thick Wall Stone is a full-bed depth stone. It can only be used on surfaces that can bear weight.
Arctic Stack is a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects. As authentic Southern Appalachian Stone™, it is naturally weather and UV resistant. This makes it an excellent option for indoor and outdoor projects. Whether you want to upgrade the face of a commercial building or create a breathtaking outdoor living space, you can’t go wrong with the Arctic Stack pattern.
