Description
The Brookshire Split Village pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is a combination of Blue Gray Rubble Quartzite Sandstone, Brown Rubble Quartzite Sandstone, and Mountain Fieldstone Rubble – three types of durable stone that naturally occur in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. The stones in this pattern are rectangular, between 7 and 8 inches tall, and of varying lengths. They also feature a split face, meaning the stones are cut against the grain to highlight the natural veining. This pattern can be installed with or without visible mortar to achieve your desired look.
The Brookshire Split Village pattern is available in two depths – Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone. Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is a thinner, lighter option about 1 ½ inches deep. It can be applied to virtually any light-weight-bearing surface without additional framing or support. Thick Wall Stone is a full-bed depth stone that must be applied to weight-bearing surfaces.
This pattern is a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects. Authentic Southern Appalachian Stone™ is weather and UV resistant, making it the perfect choice for both indoor and outdoor projects. From upgrading the face of a commercial building to creating a stunning fireplace for your home, the Brookshire Split Village pattern is an excellent choice.
